RM HEAL | POSTNATAL, Phase 1
An 8-week postnatal program that uses the soft foam roller to relieve tension and chronic pain while teaching you how to support the longevity of your body. Each week builds on the last, working from your deep core, pelvic floor and back muscles into your shoulders, arms, glutes and thighs. You will heal your injuries while making consistent progress, whatever your starting point is.
