    Welcome to week 3! We're moving up your body + your shoulders, neck and ribs get unlocked today!
    Props: Foam Roller, Small Ball, Blue Band

  • Day 2 + 3 : Arm Strength + Upper Body Sculpting

    Big flowing movements lead to isolated sculpting of the upper body muscles - with or without light weights!
    Props: Foam Roller, Blue Band + Optional hand weights

  • Day 4 + 5 : Upper + Lower Body Challenge

    Our workouts are notching up the intensity and becoming more full body sequences. Feel your knowledge knit together with a slightly quicker pace and upper-lower body dynamic exercises.

  • Day 6 + 7 : Sit Ups!

    Freedom in your shoulders + rib re-education lead to Sit Ups! Understand them, feel them and challenge your core to rise to new levels.
