Your next step after HEAL, this 8-Week Program is designed for a woman’s body, pinpointing sneaky weak links, turning them back on, and help you build lasting strength, endurance, and mobility. Through increasing intensity, we'll evolve your deep core awareness into strength and stamina challenges. Low + High Impact, weighted sit ups and push ups begin to enter your workouts - all taught so that you can navigate your body's personal needs.
