Phase 2: STRENGTHEN. This 8-Week Program is the bridge you need to move beyond subtle, internal work into training for higher-intensity workouts, and more dynamic adventures with your family!

Through increasing intensity, continue to build your deep core awareness into strength and stamina challenges. Low + High Impact, weighted sit ups and push ups begin to enter your workouts - all taught so that you can navigate your body's personal needs.

Props Used In Phase 2 : RM Essentials Kit (soft foam roller, pilates ball, resistance band, small foot ball) + optional hand weights and wrist bands

  • Day 1 : Setting The Intention

    Episode 1

    Bring your blue band as we begin this week with strong, embodied intentions. Isolated, single sided strength exercises to improve posture, overall core performance and relieve back and neck tension.

  • Day 2 : Inner Thigh, Pelvic Floor + Central Core

    Episode 2

    Release chronic inner thigh and groin tension to reveal central core and thigh strength. This is a magic sequence for isolating and rehabilitating your inner leg tone and connection + will transform the way you think about leg/core strength.

  • Day 3 + 4 : Interval Strength + Sculpting

    Episode 3

    Bring your hand weights and pilates ball for interval strength and sculpting. Identifying weaknesses in small, stabilizing muscles of the shoulder, back, side waist and ribs, you will feel a whole new level of core activating after this workout.

  • Day 5 : Long + Lean' Lower Body

    Episode 4

    Welcome to Rachel's Sculpting Series. Lower body focused, burn out your glutes, abs + thighs with this body weight-only workout.

    Episode 5

    Join Rachel for a upper body focused sculpting workout - streaming live from her outdoor, nature oasis in upstate NY.
